« The hotel offers large and comfortable rooms right on the shore of Lake Seneca, at a walking distance from downtown Geneva. There are very nice lake views and access to a beautiful lake promenade. HOWEVER, the lack of staff can be felt throughout the facilities. Our rooms (my party had 3 of them) were never serviced, even though we asked three times to have fresh towels and coffee-making supplies. « Allez à Auburn! C'est une région magnifique: des lacs splendides et des gens très accueillants. L'hôtel en question est parfait comme point de chute. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres, la piscine est petite mais impeccable. Nous en gardons un excellent souvenir! Allez-y! Vous n'y trouverez pas le moindre Français et vous verrez ce que sont les États Unis en dehors des grandes villes! »

« The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We traveled to Geneva for the Ironman race and so we had to wake up super early. The hotel staff had arranged “grab-and-go” bags for the athletes to have breakfast at 4am. They also made the breakfast nook available so we could use the toaster, microwave coffeemaker and hot water for those of us that had packed our breakfast essentials. Thank you to the Microtel team for going above and beyond !!! »

Personne au comptoir était pratiquement incompréhensible en anglais mon second langage. J’avais déjà payer la chambre sur expédia mais il m’a chargé 62$ us de plus que je me suis plein et fut remboursé. Les photos sur expédia sont fausse. Tapis extrêmement sale plein de tache chien à uriner dans l’entrée fenêtres salles odeur déplaisante. Beaucoup de résidents questionnable. Toutes...
