« Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the staff was unwelcoming and rude. We were met with eye rolls, ignored at times, and on one occasion a staff member grunted at us at the coffee bar and motioned for me to move away from the coffee station in a way that felt very dismissive.

« Regrettable welcome from the Check in. The lady was very unpleasant and did not give us any information about the hotel. We had to ask him questions and we really felt like we were bothering him! The rooms are full of humidity, when we entered the room we felt like we were in a freezer! They are forced to put the air conditioning very cold otherwise the floor gets all set!
Don't be fooled like us by the photos of the hall and the reception which is very beautiful and very design, which is true...
