Motels in Myre Big Island State Park

'Property was abandoned. Do not book a room here. We had to find another hotel 30 minutes away because all hotels in nearby vicinity were sold out. Still working on getting a refund for a property that has been closed since April. Not even sure how Expedia is still allowing bookings.'

'The staff at the hotel are incredibly kind and helpful. However, there were some challenges with execution. I requested new bedding and was assured housekeeping would stop by during the day while I was out. They did not and when I raised the concern to the front desk attendant they retrieved my bedding. 'The lady at the office was very rude. I also smelled liq on her breath but she was very rude and was almost always annoyed when I had a question or misplaced the key and what not. The rooms were very dirty, blankets sheets it smelled very moldy and I got a severe rash and broke out in hives after staying there. Would not recommend.'

'Was not a fan of having to pay a hefty price for insurance on top of the listed price. Very misleading. Dining table was almost too shaky to eat at let alone play games at. Nice location across from h to be lake but most of the window blinds are busted so could not appreciate the view. Nice walking/running path access! Minimal supplies in kitchen. '
