The person below me smoked and each time he would supposedly go outside to smoke, I could smell the smoke as if he was in the next room. 'The host was welcoming and helpful. The mobility ramp to the front door was a bonus as was the garage to park the car out of the snow. The heating worked well. Unfortunately the house was not very clean (very dusty). The hand rail on the stairs to the basement was falling off the wall. With a deep clean and some maintenance this property would be top notch.'

It was also not clearly stated anywhere that housekeeping was only provided upon special request. Because of that, I had to repeatedly go to the front desk to get fresh towels, coffee supplies, and have the trash emptied'
