'Clean room, very nice front desk staff, breakfast is included and has lots of variety and ample seating in dining area, free shuttle to Mohegan Sun which is five minutes away if you prefer to drive yourself, close to stores and restaurants, on-site free guest parking, guest elevator. I've stayed here several times before and would stay again. Room rates are very reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. '

'I took my son and my husband to celebrate their birthdays. We had such an awesome time. We enjoyed the beautiful immaculate decor from the time we walked in. And the place has a very calming spirit to it. The best part is check-in and check-out was easy , low pressure which my family and I enjoyed. The staff were just as welcoming as the place. Kyle helped us to our rooms and gave the most satisfying recommendations. We will visit again soon, and hopefully will win some money next time..🙏'

'Our 2nd stay at the Niantic Inn. Both experiences were excellent. Great location in the heart of Niantic. Exceptionally clean and comfortable rooms. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I left an item behind in the room after checkout and they were happy to promptly put it in the mail for me. We'll be back and I highly recommend.'

'The sheets were stained but the staff was super courteous and brought me a new change of sheets promptly. The room was otherwise clean and so was the bathroom. The customer service was great! '

'Wij hadden de kleinste kamer geboekt tegen een hele scherpe prijs. Het bed was uiterst comfortabel. Geen koelkast of waterkoker, maar roomservice bracht gratis ijs om de drankjes te koelen. Erg mooie faciliteiten, zoals een verwarmd buitenzwembad. Prettig dat er ook badjassen op de kamer hingen, zodat je echt als 'spa-gast' door de accommodatie kon lopen. '

'I think this was an old lake resort. The exterior is in disrepair, the pool is out of commission, and the decore is dated to the point of quirky. But, the staff is friendly, the room was immaculate, and it has an overall charm that we thoroughly enjoyed. My only recommendation would be for more pillows... there aren't enough on the bed to prop yourself up to watch TV.'
