'Prima kamer als je er alleen komt om te slapen/douche. Wij verbleven hier twee nachten om Seattle te ontdekken. Binnen 15 minuten sta je met de bus vanaf het hotel in de binnenstad. Vriendelijke vrouw bij de receptie. Kamers zijn wel wat verouderd. Onze kamer stonk erg naar oude rooklucht.'

'We really enjoyed our stay at Phinneywood Basement Hideaway. We slept very well. The property was easy to access and the rental was well equipped with kitchen items for cooking at home, and had plenty of bathroom accessories (towels & toilet paper). It was well lit at night and best of all, it was very affordable for our six-day stay. We hope to be back!'

'We absolutely loved staying in this charming 1925 ‘craftsman’ home. She has a lot of character and one can almost imagine the stories this home holds! All that one would need is provided and the fact that groceries and restaurants were in walking distance is a huge plus (btw, walking the alley to all is much less taxing than taking the sidewalk out front! That hill… omg! Ha!) Communication with the owner was very easy. We plan to return to this property as often as we can as it is minutes from...

'I saw some bad reviews when i booked but it was reasonable price than downtown and it turned out to be very clean..the guy in the front who helped me check in was friendly and welcoming..i will def be back and the area to me was not bad..yeah theres a bus stop and homeless people but thats everywhere even downtown!'

'I loved my stay here. Got a free upgrade and loved my view over the bustling streets of Fremont, such a nice area of Seattle, alot better than downtown. Bathrooms and the room were very clean. Only thing i missed was better lightning as it is pretty dark in the room. Staff was also very nice although its only the cleaners you see as there is no reception, you get a code to access the hotel. Would defenitly stay here again.'
