'I had added an extra day onto my trip with Expedia, received an email receipt confirming the extra night, etc. For some reason, the hotel was not notified and expected me to check out a day early. Me showing them the updated reservation dates, as well as calls between Expedia and the hotel didn't resolve anything. The front desk said there were NO rooms available, so I had to check out immediately (no apologies for the inconveniences, etc.). As I'm checking out downstairs, my friend checks...

'Traveling home and spouse got sick. The staff was great getting me the help I needed. Was a clean room had to stay an extra night and they made that possible. Would definitely stay here again. The only negative thing is I wish the breakfast area would stay open a little later.'

'It was a busy day when we checked in at 3:15, many rooms were not ready. We received a room and when we went to it, the door was open and the room was not fully cleaned. There were no sheets on the bed and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned. We inquired with the front and it took about 15-20 minutes before they sent someone to finish the room. After this situation, everything else was okay. '

'The room was large and everything worked well. The property is a little dated. For example, the plumbing fixtures seem quite old. But they did work. I have one big complaint, which is they charged me more than the amount that was quoted to me by Expedia. When I raised this with the Front Desk, they told me to send an email to their manager. The manager never replied to my email. I had to ask Expedia about it and at that point the hotel acknowledged the difference but refused to provide a refund...

'The place is old and needs more maintenance but the people at the front desk are great. They have breakfast included and coffee all day. Great for a short visit, in and out. They have every other day room service. If you need fresh towels just ask for them'
