'Prima'

'The hotel itself is genuinely luxurious — elegant rooms, immaculate finishes, and facilities that are a real cut above. The spa, pool and fitness areas were excellent, and the overall atmosphere is exactly what you hope for at this level. The one thing that stopped this from being a perfect stay was the booking process. My reservation had somehow been cancelled in their system, and I only found out because I chased it up myself. Unfortunately I didn’t feel much willingness from the team to...

'Hotel is helemaal prima, maar op het strand is het niet relaxed, de muziek van de strandeigenaren naast de Fairmont gaat steeds harder, op een gegeven moment hoor je keihard 3 soorten muziek door elkaar heen. Na een tijdje kan je beter van het strand afgaan. Niet normaal.'

'We had another wonderful stay at this hotel, and once again it exceeded our expectations. What makes this hotel truly special is its amazing staff. The doormen recognized us from our previous stays, which immediately made us feel welcome. It really feels like coming home every time we return. A special thank you to Zin Zin, who took our orders at the pool and remembered us from last year. Her kindness, professionalism, and excellent service made every day even more enjoyable. We would also...

'We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and the breakfast is excellent. There is a huge variety of food, so there is something for everyone. It was a great way to start each day. A special thank you to Michael, who went above and beyond to help us get connecting rooms so we could stay close to our children. We truly appreciated his kindness, professionalism, and outstanding service. He made a real difference to our stay. The only area that could use some...

'1Overall very good, clean hotel and friendly staff. 2 Food is excellent. Our greetings to Bernie from delisserie, their food is delicious! Very kind staff. 3 Very good location, sea view on palm jumeirah. 4 Luggage help to and from room. 5 Taxi’s in front of the hotel 24/7. 6 14 restaurants 7 free acces to beach and spa pool What could be better: 1 phone line was noisy, could not hear clearly 2 no bath soap for the bath, they give us shampoo for the bath. Showergel was very thin/ watery....

'Good service by Kumari she made our stay very pleasant'

'Bugs in bed and around the whole room. Got an upgrade because the bugs even went into the bottle of my baby but the other room had bugs and ants as well. Everyday waiting 10+ mins for our car by the valley parking.'

'Mooie ruime schone kamer, zeer vriendelijk personeel, fantastisch ontbijt buffet zowel buiten als binnen. Elk uitstapje konden we in het hotel regelen met een zeer aardige conciërge. Zwembad was prachtig en leuk dat het strand direct achter het zwembad lag. Ook het restaurant aan het zwembad van goede kwaliteit. Heel fijn verblijf, echt aan te raden'

'One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at! Taj Exotica at The Palm was absolutely amazing from start to finish. We stayed here with our baby and everything was so comfortable, easy and family-friendly. The entire team made us feel incredibly welcome and taken care of throughout our stay. I honestly don’t want to mention just one staff member, because everyone did such an amazing job. The service, hospitality and attention to detail were truly outstanding. A beautiful hotel, a wonderful...

'Lovely hotel, nice pool and beach, great breakfast, and helpful staff.'

'Goed hotel voor een overnachting. Wij hebben hier 1 nacht geslapen en was prima. '

'I have stayed at many hotels, but this stay truly stood out, thanks to the excellent management led by the General Manager, Mr. Orhun, who personally cares about the guests and responds quickly to any needs, as well as the entire team, who are friendly, positive, and professional, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel, making it rare to experience such consistent service across all departments, and my sincere compliments to the General Manager and the entire team for...

'We loved the location and were very impressed with the service of Gwen of the Serafina bar and wish to pass on our compliments to her from Ton & Marja Borghols, I am sure she will remember us.'

'Vanwege overgang van barcelo naar minor waren er wat veranderingen. Ontbijt was minder uitgebreid en er werd geen cappuccino meer geserveerd bij het ontbijt. Wel gewone koffie welke van zeer slechte kwaliteit was. '

'De service en vriendelijkheid was top!'
