« By our arrival the motel was empty, cold, no hot water. After an out they were able to heat water but the three rooms were tried stayed cold. They didn’t want to return our money until we called police. Then the manager arrived and said she returned the money to Expedia virtual card. I don’t see the money on my card yet »

« The amountbof money i paid as a single father for the condo, nothing was part of the condo. No comp bowling, no comp tubing or dinner. Nothing but the pool. It was just an ok experience. Resort in Orlando fl, allows for more family friendly activities. Blessings »

« This is an amazing home that is filled with beautiful woodwork, fireplaces, stained, glass windows, perfectly decorated, comfy blankets, and extra amenities to make you feel at home. It’s a quick walk to the Diamind. The hostess Dan is fabulous, she is very responsive and easy to work with. « The condo was a bit beat up. Very tired. The gas fire place was not working which was a little disappointing. We had a nice time but the property wasn't worth what we paid for it. »

« When I got there I was given a different unit than described. It would not work for my situation. The desk corrected it by giving me another unit. That did not work as well. Guest services got involved and upgraded our reservation to larger condo and it was perfect. I highly suggest always checking out your condo as soon as it’s available. Fortunately we were able to do all this switching between three units around noon instead of after 4 pm. The normal check in time. »
