Luxury Villa With Private Pool And Stunning Mediterranean Views

This 4 bed luxury 2-storey villa with its own overflow pool has views of the Med from most aspects of the property as well as a large private terrace area around the pool and well manicured gardens. There is room for 3 cars along the private driveway. The open living/dining areas are extremely well appointed. The living area has stylish furniture/decor, a flat screen TV with uk and international programmes, whilst the dining room has a dining table and chairs ideal for 8 persons. The large kitchen is fully equipped.The villa comes with free wi-fi. Bedrooms are located on the first floor and in the large basement space both accessed by a winding staircase. It is suitable for wedding guests as St. George's Chapel and the King Evelthon Beach Resort and hotel are easily accessed and St.Paul's Pillar (Ayia Kyriaki) and Paphos Town Hall can be reached in 15 minutes. The villa is close to a coastal pathway that runs from Paphos to Coral Bay which is perfect for sunset walks.

Lovely house, awesome location, fabulous support.

Really a great and cozy village, feeling right at home within an hour. Nicely decorated, personal touch of the owners is visible. We stayed with 2 families in the village, 4 adults and 3 children. The children were swimming in the really spacious pool from early in the morning till the evening. And with 3 minutes walking the sea was really nearby. In the morning during breakfast outside looking at the sea was fabulous. The contact with the owners Jonathan and Elizabeth was great. You got the feeling of being welcome in the village, with al the nice emails and all the information they send us in advance. The contact with the villa manager Simon was also great, we needed his help once due to a power faillure and within 5 minutes he rang us back and was able to fix the problem. Robert the poolman, checked twice the pool and made sure everything was save for the kids. I can't think of anything to fault it, and we would very much like to return again as soon as possible!! Thank you Jonathan and Elizabeth for a wonderful holiday!

On arrival to the villa was very easy access. The Villa is lovely especially with being on 3 floors the basement bedroom was brilliant for my 2 teenager daughters. Very well equipped. Master bedroom bed is ver comfortable. Excellent Aircon. Amazing views very quiet, apart from the dog near by. Private with a lovely pool and outside area. About 15 minute walk to the main road for the local bus service. Excellent property owners with quick response.

Lovely villa, great location for access to Paphos and airport. Not too many places in area for drinking and eating but Dimmas bar less than 10 minutes walk away and can access restaurant at local resorr within 10 minutes.

It is very hard to see any issues with the Villa, it’s everything it says and the children loved the pool as did the adults. You do really need a car as the walk into Pathos is around an 1.5 hours, during our stay the coastal path was closed as it was being upgraded, but once finished it would be a great walk, for those who enjoy their walks.

Fantastic family holiday

We stayed in August 2023… We found the villa very easily and we were reassured by the security gates leading up the area where the property was which are accessed by a telephone code. The set up of the villa is perfect in so far as it’s almost in sections. My nephew and his family (18m old daughter) took the lower section with its own bathroom and shower and my kids and I took the upper section. There was plenty of room for everyone to do whatever they needed to. The kitchen and dining area is well equipped and there’s a fantastic bbq which received a lot of use. There’s a beautiful veranda which is perfectly shaded by an impressive Bougainvillea. There’s also a very welcome breeze that helps to keep guests cool. A car is recommended although not essential. It was our first time back in Cyprus since 97. We will definitely be back and will use this villa again if it’s available.

Lovely stay in Sunny Paphos

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely villa. The hosts are brilliant and quick to answer any questions. The Villa is clean and well maintained. The pool and outside area is great, the gate with lock on the veranda was a great safety feature if staying with children. The kitchen is well appointed and everything you need if you like the option to cook. The Villa is spacious and comfortable, linens and towels was plentiful. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, the area is quiet with a real sense of safety.

Everything was fantastic - my mother is so hard to please, but not a single complaint for the duration of the stay! Plenty of space - one of the more specious villas in that part of town. We usually do not stay in the same place twice - but towards the end of our stay we were like 'we'd like to actually come back here again'. Absolutely loved it - thank you!

A lovely Villa, very comfortable well equipped with everything we needed and a great location.

We all loved the Villa, and booked it as it was near to the hotel where my nephew was getting married...pleasantly surprised as only a 5 min walk to this venue but in a quiet location. We could walk to the beach for our morning dip...all loved the pool too! The beds were very comfortable so all slept well...relaxing and a great time was had by all.
