'Check in was flawless. Any question through WhatsApp answered immediately. The location is nice and quick but only 5 minutes from the beach , shops en restaurants. The few from the veranda’s is breathtaking. The swimming pool large and beautiful located. The inland’s beautiful green, and deserted. Fantastic views.'

'We enjoyed our stay very much. In the beginning of our trip we noticed no pizza shuffle and not enough glasses. One question and the manager arranged to get it next day. There were some problems with city water. They switched the house on a well of 400m deep. No water problems anymore. Conclusion: great service and great house'

'Wij een nederlands gezin van 6 personen en 2 aanhang (in totaal dus 8 pers.) hebben een fantastische vakantie gehad. Het huis was geweldig van alle gemakken voorzien. Wij hebben oudere kinderen in de leeftijd van 15 t/m 24 jaar die allemaal hun privacy nodig hebben wat in dit huis prima kan. Je hebt 2 badkamers wat ideaal is. Hoeft je niet lang op elkaar te wachten. Ook de wasmachine en de vaatwasser kwamen goed van pas en werkten ook nog eens goed. Ook het bij behoorde zwembad was prima. Het...

'Wir haben unseren Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Es hat eine einmalige Lage, ein wundervoller Blick und ist super ruhig, es es sei denn die Nachbarn lassen es krachen. Man sieht dass das Haus schon ein paar Jahre auf dem Buckel hat. Besonders im Bad an den Türen, die Fußleisten etc. Es bedurfte doch ein paar Schönheitsreparaturen, aber man arrangiert sich damit. 'Schoon appartement op een locatie met een fantastisch uitzicht. Links de vallei Ala Toscane en recht voor je de zee. Sommige zaken in huis zijn inmiddels versleten. De woning heeft een klein beetje TLC nodig.'

'Though the villa is out of the town (you should definitely rent a small car) once you get to the villa, it is serene, spacious, clean and inviting. Our host Anna was extremely responsive, helpful and kind. Internet access is very good even in that remote area. The pool and the grounds are kept clean and are lovely for relaxing. 'We had a great stay at this very private house right on the sea . Laura and Valerio were excellent hosts responding very quickly to any questions we had about restaurants , shops , groceries etc We were at the house Oct 18-22- its the end of season and hotels, ,restaurants etc are starting to close On Laura’s recommendation we drove into Diamante and enjoyed the shops, murals and restaurants there. The photos of the property on VRBO are very accurate and the house is very well maintained....

'Piero's beautiful villa was everything and more we dreamed of. He was such a gracious host willing to help us with anything. We noticed the pool pump had gone out and within 24 hours on a Sunday he had it replaced and working again. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone wanting to get away and still be close to local businesses and restaurants. I cannot say enough about what an amazing time we had and how incredible the villa and the views were.'

'Our group totaly 16 people stayed in this beautifull villa one week (7-14. July 2018) and we realy enjoy the each single day in this villa on the coastline. Especialy the children like it very much because the nice and clear sea is just few steps away just with few people on the beach so realy perfect place for the family holiday. 'Welcomed by Anna and her husband, who picked me up at the train station, when I arrived in Guardia Piemontese. The house was lovely, immaculate with everything you needed for a longer stay. Has a lovely back yard, lovely garden and outdoor shower. My stay was very relaxing due it’s country atmosphere.
