« L'accueil a été exceptionnel le premier jour, le monsieur était sympathique, parlait parfaitement anglais, nous a donné des conseils. La chambre était bien, nous étions ravis (avec un coin cuisine). Le lendemain, la dame ne parlait pas bien anglais, mieux allemand, et nous a redemandé de payer la taxe locale-que nous avions réglée la veille. Elle a fini par en trouver la trace. Mais rebelote au restaurant -le serveur voulait que nous repayions le petit déjeuner qui était inclus dans le prix...

We were on a business trip and the three most expensive rooms we booked - which was pictured with a desk - did not have one. No toiletries provided except for soap. And no room cleaning - apparently you had to request it. Reception lady was so unfriendly and cold. »

« We just needed a stopover on our way through Austria, and chose this one mainly due to the price. It said 24 hours reception, so we had no problem in arriving at 1am. We received a call from Maria, asking when we expected to arrive, and then she told us to call her back when we were at the parking lot. « Wir hatten zwei sehr schöne Wochen, um Wien kennenzulernen und in der Gegend zu radeln und zu wandern. Unsere Ferienwohnung "Christa" war dafür der ideale Ausgangspunkt.
