« Communication was great, and check-in was easy. We appreciated the quiet location and the proximity to town and to the Palo Duro Canyon. Charming cabin was comfortable for 3 adults, and the trundle bed was a welcome surprise! We each had our own bed. Would highly recommend and would stay again if in the area. »

« Initially there was trouble with the payment on hotels.com side so we ended up having to pay the property directly and get a refund from hotels.com. The owner was very nice but very regulated. »

« House was very clean and updated. Short drive to the college. No Ice maker. There was a bag of ice in the freezer but may have been from previous guest. »

« Great place. Stocked with everything you would need including wine. I would certainly stay there again. Neighbor hood needs updating but that is happening. You will not be sorry if you stay here and did l mention dog toys and treats. »

« Nothing to like. Not sure how you can call it "best places to stay". used as extended stay location, potholes throughout the parking and driveway areas. The bed was fine and the bathroom had been remodeled recently. »
