'Great place, very clean and comfortable! Has rustic charm and is out in the country. Definitely need to follow owners directions and try to find it before dark as our “Google directions” were not accurate. We stayed 2 nights and used it as a base when visiting Bryce Canyon. Amazing stars outside at night! Comfy bed and good, hot showers!! Really appreciated the mini fridge! It does take about 25-30 min to drive to Bryce Canyon park. The Pizza Place in Tropic(on drive back from Bryce Canyon)...

As long as you don’t mind the wrinkles of being out in the country (limited access to groceries, you have to pack out your trash at the end) the location, accommodations, comfort, and cleanliness are amazing.'

'Very nice amenities. Beautiful secluded cabin with a great king bed, all the kitchen utensils that you would need. Comes with washer and dryer, and wonderful television with all the channels you need. '

'The cabin was perfect: secluded, quiet, between Bryce and Zion. Betty’s communication was excellent, and we can't wait to stay again. The grill, the fire pit, the old stove, and the patio made the stay that much better. Only Negatives: tiny shower and bathroom, and the “hot tub' is just an old bathtub. If visiting in colder months, bring firewood and groceries—no nearby shops, which was fine for us, but could be tough with kids. '
