The Home

As one arrives at the carriage house, you'll notice that it truly is a lovely and quaint home that might not be the largest at 530 square feet but has heart nonetheless with its wrap-around balcony and that look out over the waves. As you open the door, you will find cool greyish walls with wooden floors and a mixture of warm and cool colors acting as accents. You'll find an open floor plan which gives the home a much more spacious feel than would be expected. You'll find a quiet little sitting area that includes a queen-sized sleeper should you wish to house an additional guest or two who are lucky enough to join you on this long-anticipated journey. In front of the spacious kitchen, you will find a unique stone dining table, complete with stone countertops and cherry wood cabinets. While not the largest, it truly does feel like a cozy home that one can easily see a small family calling it home for many years. Against the far wall, you'll find the entrance to the cozy bedroom, complete with a double bed. As you come back to the main room, you might enjoy taking a step onto the war-around balcony that offers breathtaking views of the coastal waters. You most likely will already be enjoying daydreams and plans of sitting out that evening, sipping a warm drink as you want the sun sinks below the horizon, casting a glow across the waves, and painting the sky hues of orange and red.
