Beautiful 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath townhouse, with all the amenities of home. Located in a well maintained gated community with access to the beach, tennis court, Club House and 2 pools. One of the community pools and tennis courts are in a very short walk from the property. Now pet friendly this unit will allow one pet, under 50 lbs.  

Floor plan: 1st level- living room, 2 Q pullout sofas, balcony with ground level access, dining room, and kitchen, washer/dryer. 2nd level- Bedroom 1-master bedroom with king bed, TV and master bath; and Bedroom 2-daybed and trundle, TV/DVD and full bath.

Great location for family vacation

The area is lovely-great beach and weather was nice. The last day we had wind and some rain from TS Olga. There was still damage from 2018 Hurricane at the Cape. We were able to bike ride, visit Weber’s Donuts, go kayaking in the bay, walk the beach and play in the waves. Furnishings were comfortable and adequate and were able to enjoy books and all our favorite TV shows when the sun went down. One of the pools was closed during our stay. Play area really doesn’t have anything for the kiddos. Grill needs to replaced and the condo’s underneath area needs cleaned. All that aside -we love the beach and that did not disappoint! Even on the stormy day, we saw rainbows, dolphins, and majestic skies.

Property was in almost perfect condition, great supply of kitchen wares, great location to beach only a short walk. The outside grill worked good. The back deck does need to be pressured washed or updated after the storm last year. Great property for a group of 4 people or family of 6.

We were very pleased with the location. The property inside was very nice other then the large roach issue. I was told it is a “environmental thing”. I do understand. We located 3 large roaches throughout the stay. The roof had the shingles missing and only had black tar paper covering it. This prohibited us from photoing the property for our experience. The only thing saving this vacation was the beach, the friendliness of the locals. I expressed my concern to Pristine Properties. Chris advises me that it was environmental and they will have someone spray. He told me that I could shake all of my clothes out prior to packing to keep anything from coming home. He also advised that the roaches I found only came out due to being sick and dying from prior spraying. The downstairs area was very sandy and messy. I attempted to clean it up so that no sand would end up inside. Just wish some considerations were made by Pristine Property to make it seem they were generally concerned for the big issue.

Great family friendly and scenic beaches

The unit is compact but spacious enough for a family of 6 plus our puppy not to be stepping over one another. Had an issue with an appliance that repairs were attempted to be resolved immediately. Beautiful location, wonderful amenities, relaxing beach. Enjoyed our stay immensely, children are asking when we are returning.

We had a great time!

My husband and I had a wonderful time at this comfortable and very nicely furnished townhouse. Even though the townhouse is not right on the beach, it's only a very short walk to get there. Besides the townhouse is very close to the clubhouse, which has a swimming pool and sun deck. The beach was beautiful. The weather was great. Would definitely recommend.
