'We were very happy with Cozy for Two. It’s a charming carriage house with a private entrance. Clean, beautifully decorated. Excellent use of the space. Kitchen is well stocked & there’s plenty of towels, trash bags, hangers and other essentials. Diane & Bernie are delightful and responsive.'

'We have stayed in this cottage several times before when it was managed by the Port Inn. Nothing has changed, as far as we can tell, except ownership and management. The unit itself is very clean, and well stocked. It would have been nice to have a Keurig machine, but our fault for not asking. Check in was easy, and the owner cautioned about late evening night check-ins and a potential glitch with the lock well ahead of time. 'Decided to spend New Year's at the Beach. This property was the perfect spot. Equidistant from Rosemary Beach and Seaside and a 3 minute walk to the beach right across the street. Could not have been better. Plus the unit provided access to bikes, beach chairs umbrellas, etc. Loved it!'

She provided useful and comprehensive info on the local area and on restaurant suggestion. Beautiful fresh cut camellias and huge green fronds welcomed us throughout the house. 'Very clean. Lots of extras (cleaning supplies, laundry/dish detergent). Minimal negative that some of the finishes are worn, pillows are useless (flat). But really; might be the best VRBO we’ve rented. Location is perfect. Host could not have been more accommodating (I had booked the wrong week initially). Host was quick to respond to any questions. I would recommend this one (or any of the host’s three other properties) without hesitation. Can’t go wrong!'
