'We had a great stay at Blue Lagoon. The house and the pool were great. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs. We had an issue with the water when we arrived and contacted the property manager. We received a response within a minute, and someone was onsite, and the issues was resolved within 10 minutes. Outstanding customer service!! We would definitely book with you again! 'We have stayed in this cottage several times before when it was managed by the Port Inn. Nothing has changed, as far as we can tell, except ownership and management. The unit itself is very clean, and well stocked. It would have been nice to have a Keurig machine, but our fault for not asking. Check in was easy, and the owner cautioned about late evening night check-ins and a potential glitch with the lock well ahead of time.
