Bookings will be charged $40.00 per registration plus the credit card transaction fee in GuestSVCS. Cancellations will result in a credit card fee of 2.99% of the transaction amount, plus $.30. This fee is nonrefundable.
Armbands will be in the vacation rental upon arrival. Please leave them here when departing. Guests will be charged $50 for each missing armband.

Better than I expected. Loved everything about it. Maybe bring some extra sheets and blankets. We did buy a mattress pad for the fold out couch and left it there because that helped with the comfort for it. Overall though no complaints! We got a great deal and had a great time! The elevators are fast and the service there is pretty great!

Awesome views from the 16th floor of this beachfront property. We all had a wonderful time, enjoying the beach and the many pools and hot tubs in the resort. We were pleasantly surprised that the resort has its own movie theatre with free movies for its guests! Great stay!

This property was probably the dirtiest we have ever stayed in! The walls were dirty the floor was very sandy after it had been "cleaned," etc. I would not recommend staying here at all. Please hire new cleaners and do some updates!

I rented this property partly because of the reviews stating it was very clean. When we arrived the condo looked relatively clean, but then I started noticing the layer of dust on the furniture and stains on the couches. The white bed skirt had black foot prints all over it but thankfully the sheets were clean. The baseboards had a layer of dust, had been a while since cleaned. The floor appeared clean but a few minutes after my daughters took their socks off their feet were black. The pots had food burnt on and were not usable. This condo definitely needs a deep clean. It was cleaner after we left than it was when we arrived. Also the toilet in the hallway did not refill after flushing. My kids had to use the master bathroom toilet. The condo did have a great layout and location. The check in process was easy and hassle free.

It was a very nice place to stay. We enjoyed it for the most part. They’re very strict with the carts here. They wouldn’t let my groceries be delivered to my room because the delivery driver couldn’t rent a cart. We had several maintenance people needing to come in to fix the light bulbs or bait the room, etc. It was hard to sit out on the balcony without smelling people smoking constantly even though it’s a smoke free facility. We had issues with having two cars. When I booked the room online it said free parking for two cars but they only gave me one pass so I had to call to get that straight. I also didn’t realize that beach chairs didn’t come with this condo. Overall the room was really nice but I will choose another place to stay next time.

Overall the stay was really good. Panama City is my all time favorite. It is home away from home. The condo is very nice. The only issue we had was the single ice maker was froze up, my husband had to fixed it. The fridge had water coming from somewhere so everything on the top shelves was in water. Other then that it was nice and we would stay at this again.

Everything was great. Master bed could use a better mattress. If you like a firmer mattress, you're not going to like this one. Its worn in and uncomfortable. Other than that, it was an amazing stay.

First of all, the location is beautiful, & the condo itself is beautiful! Very spacious, & clean! The beach is literally in front of you. You just ride down the elevator on ground floor, & the beach is there. We had a wonderful time here! I would have given 5 stars, but have complaints. The communication with the property manager is terrible. We booked this place with the description that they will let you park 2 vehicles for free. Even the day of arrival we received email that the parking would be for 2 vehicles. When we got there, we only had 1 parking pass. So, I called the vacasa people, & they told me they will take care of it, & they will have some on-site people from their team who will come & give us another parking pass. They said they will give us a call on their way. Well, 3 hours later, still haven't heard anything. So I called again, & they said that "oh it will be tomorrow they will bring another parking pass, so just write your name and tower and room number on the 2nd vehicle on a piece of paper to put on windshield." I ask, are yall sure our 2nd vehicle won't get towed if we do that? They said they are sure. So we go & try to do that & park the vehicle, but the security says no you will get towed. (The security apparently is not affiliated with vacasa, only the building). At this point, we are frustrated, we park the 2nd vehicle to a paid parking area. The next day, the whole day didn't get a call from vacasa if they are on their way to bring other parking pass. At this point it's 5pm, they said they will bring parking pass in the morning, & it's already afternoon. I call them again. & they say "Oh it's a mistake. We only provide 1 parking pass." This wouldn't be a problem if they were just honest from the beginning because it really irritated me, & somewhat ruined the rest of the day. If they can't give another parking pass, then just say it, not make me keep calling & telling us they are gunna do this and that. Also, the check in process is confusing. There were no good instructions. We arrived & assumed we just park & check in with the staff like a regular hotel (this was our 1st time here so we don't know anything). Apparently, when you arrive, you go to the parking area 3rd floor & park on loading/unloading area. Then go walk to your condo to get the vehicle pass, or else they will tow you. Then, afterwards you can get your cart from the security personnel to unload. It would have helped to have clear isntructions!

Location was excellent, right on beach. Access to beach and several pools. Room was as advertised. Only complaint is when we walked in you could smell cigarette smoke even though unit is nonsmoking. It was not extreme but still not pleasant.

It was a very nice condo. However, it should have been cleaned way better than what it was. Our shower had mold in it and you could smell it. The towels still had make up or some sort of stains on them from previous renters. There were empty beer cans left out on the balcony, just clean it better and this would be the perfect place.
