'Beautiful and safe neighborhood. Property was immaculate. Gorgeous decor. We stayed for a festival at the Rose Bowl and ended up walking everywhere from this home base. Some fairly long but pleasant walks. Area is very pretty and quiet. Kitchen well equipped. Only thing not there was hot tub/spa/whirlpool in the listing although it wasn’t a huge deal. There is a lovely claw foot tub in the bathroom, that is more set up for showers than baths. It was lovely and I’d stay again!'

These are extra added touches that make the stay even better. When traveling by air it is hard to pack every single item you may need. We ended up walking from the Hollywood bowl after the concert bc it was hard to get an Uber. The walk was safe and very easy! 'This is an older home with a brand new kitchen. The house was fairly clean. The main bedroom was updated. The other two rooms were much older with older furniture. It would have been nice to know ahead of time of the other guest house on the property. It could be a nice for larger families.'

'We loved the Skyhill Oasis and how much space it provided. The hot tub with the outside TV was a great addition. The quiet residential area was a welcome contrast to the hustle and bustle of LA and the traffic. Universal is surprisingly close by, and the Getty and Griffith Observatory just short drives.
