The Weekend: 4 Rooms combines four two-bedroom suites at The Weekend, a ten-suite boutique hotel in Old Las Palmas, into one booking for up to 16 guests. The booking includes all four suites, for a total of 8 bedrooms (each suite has a king and a queen) and 8 full bathrooms. Each suite has clean mid-century design, an open living and dining space, a kitchenette, and a private patio steps from the central courtyard pool. Rain showers, robes, and a Nespresso machine are provided in each suite. The arrangement suits an adult group that wants separate suite space while staying together at the same Palm Springs hotel.

Just outside the door, the courtyard is the social heart of the property: a resort-style pool ringed by lounge seating and enclosed patios, with the San Jacinto Mountains rising behind. With only ten suites on the grounds, mornings by the water tend to feel like they belong to you.

Parking Details:
- One on-site parking space is included for each of Rooms 3, 4, and 6, providing three spaces total for this buyout. Parking is located directly in front of the hotel, with additional street parking available nearby.

All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit to be charged after booking.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
