- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Pool heat is available upon request for $150 per night plus tax. Requests must be made and paid for at least 24 hours before arrival. A minimum of 3 consecutive nights is required, and pool heat must be booked for the entire stay.
- Suitable outdoor plates, cups, silverware, etc. are available for guests.
- Various games such as Scrabble, Life and Cornhole.

- Minimum Age: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and provide a valid government-issued ID.
- Trash & Recycling: Keep trash in designated containers and out of public view. Follow scheduled collection guidelines.
- Guest Responsibility: The primary renter is responsible for ensuring all guests comply with local regulations.
- Important: Violations may result in fines starting at $500, citations, or immediate eviction.
