Just a short seven-minute walk or two-minute drive to Old Salt Park will provide you with full access to one of Florida’s finest beaches where you will enjoy gorgeous sunrises, Coquina-shell sands, and glittering blue waters! This beach access is equipped with bathrooms and outside showers for rinsing.

Hammock Beach Villa is located within luxurious Hammock Beach Resort. An important detail to note, this property is privately owned; thus, it’s not affiliated with the resort or its amenities—waterpark, pools, gym, golf course, etc.

The living area is equipped with a large 70 inch screen smart TV with access to digital channels, sleeper sofa, dining table, and complimentary high-speed internet access throughout.

Master suite features a cozy king size bed, beautiful garden tub for relaxing after a day in the sun and separate walk in shower. Room is also equipped with TV and a study area consisting of a 27 inch monitor, HDMI cable, keyboard and mouse for all your personal needs.

The second bedroom offers two twin beds with plenty of space for queen size air mattress if needed. Access to the guest bathroom is available via the second bedroom or the hallway.

Dining out options are endless! Within walking distance, you will find an oceanfront dining experience at the Atlantic Grill featuring contemporary cuisine and an emphasis on fresh seafood. This restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. For one stop dining, lounging, shopping and entertainment, a visit to the European Village is a must!
If you prefer to dine-in, grocery shopping is available at Publix which is a 4-minute drive away or delivery from one of the many local restaurants is always an option!

The Villa is in a gated community with 24-hour security; access is available via stairs and/or elevator.
