This was a beautiful property! From the Ocean View, spacious rooms, great location, and heated pool, we already booked for next year. Communication with Neil was easy and prompt, check in was no problem even with the Gated Entrance. The patio has great furniture to relax and watch the sunrise or enjoy the sound of the waves. The 2nd floor location was perfect for bringing a dog, with an easy walk down the steps or take the elevator for bringing in luggage or groceries. The pet friendly walkways and paths were easy to access. The walk to the ocean was relatively short and convenient, whether from the home or the heated quiet pool. They even provided some beach towels. The lines provided were also great to have. Enjoying the heated pool was a nice surprise in March, even with a couple rainy/cloudy days we were able to enjoy it before and after those days.Everything worked great in the home. The kitchen had most items you would need, I suggest looking around for things you might need before going to the store. We have no complaints and can't wait to go back next year.

We had the most amazing Spring Break at this condo. The condo itself is beautiful, beds are very comfortable, and there was plenty of space for 4 adults and 3 kiddos. The covered patio is very large with great furniture. We enjoyed coffee in the morning, lunches and game nights on the patio each night.The pools were very clean and only a short walk away. The condo itself is a very short walk to the beach. Remember to bring beach chairs with you!The community is so quiet and peaceful and made for the perfect spring break for our family. We will definitely be back!

It's always wonderful to stay in this complex. The ammenities are great! The only thing I was disappointed in was the fact that the condo was not as clean as it could have been. Pet hair was on the couch and master bedroom bedspread and it smelled a bit like "dog". I know it's pet friendly but I don't think it was cleaned up as well as it could have been. Also, at 5 minutes to 10 am on checkout day, there was a knock on the door. It was the cleaning crew. I answered the door. Absolutely rude as could be. No hello....no "were here to clean". Just stood there looking at me saying nothing. I said "we have 5 minutes" as we were trying to hurry out on time. All the lady said in a smart alec voice was "ok". Almost with a dirty look. Nothing like "no problem....we'll be right outside". Nothing.....was not impressed. A broom would have been nice to be left in the condo as well. And the couch has seen better days. I think it's life is pretty much over with. Really uncomfortable and smelled like dog.

View was just as shown in the pictures. We loved it because we could see the ocean but not have to look at the people on the beach! The condo was well appointed and had everything we needed. Cleaning crew could do a little better and the TV in the back bedroom could not pick up the WiFi. Other than that it was really amazing. Amenities were spectacular and very clean as well. We look forward to coming back again!

Great Stay

Don't hesitate to stay at this amazing condo. We loved everything about it- the view, the furniture, the deck, the extremely well stocked kitchen, the comfy beds, and the spaciousness. There were 7 of us and we had plenty of space to spread out. We had no need of the slow elevator- just one flight of stairs. And we never heard noise from any other units. There are rocks in the water but if you walk down 4 houses past the pool, it's a rock free zone. The pool was very nice as well. No complaints whatsoever. 10/10

Palm Coast Beachfront Condo

Perfect for two or three couples due to the size of the spacious unit and the oversized outdoor deck that includes a large dining area. The gym is just a short walk from the unit and the beaches are never crowded. The weather was too chilly to fully enjoy the outside area but hopefully we will be able to be back soon.

What a perfect little gem!

If you are looking for mini golf, go-kart racing and tourist trap beach souvenir shops, this is not the place for you. It is so quiet and beautifully landscaped, you'll think you're in a luxury resort, because you are! This is a gorgeous condo and even more beautiful than the pictures show. We were in heaven sitting on the balcony which provided the perfect frame for looking out at the dunes and ocean. The condo was so spacious for our party of 7, and had absolutely everything we could possibly need. The pools were so nice and we especially loved the quiet pool that faced the ocean, but you still have the convenience of the Cinnamon Beach Grill right across the road at the other pool. Our teenagers loved being able to walk up and order and have the food delivered right to your table at the pool. We enjoyed the very tasty bar drinks, too. Having a Publix grocery store right around the corner was so convenient for us. We loved Bronx House Pizza so much that we ate there twice! Also, right around the corner on A1A. This condo really has everything you could possibly need for a wonderful week at the beach. Oh, and the beach, it was probably the prettiest we have ever seen the Atlantic, and here's the best part -- it was not crowded at all!!! What's not to love?

Great location is steps from the beach and short walk to the pool. Only complaint is there were no cooking basics (oil, seasoning, spices etc…) so all of these items had to be purchased for our week stay.

Perfect Beach Condo

This was our first time to Palm Coast. We have been wanting to visit the area for awhile and couldn’t be happier renting this beautiful beachfront condo. The large balcony with an amazing oceanfront view was perfect. The layout was great with our guests having their own king en-suite. Pet friendly was a bonus. Hosts were easy to communicate with and helpful. The area was pristine. We would not hesitate to rent this condo again on our next visit.

Little Piece Of Paradise 🏝

This property is just PERFECT! It’s WAY bigger and more Lux than the pictures do it justice!! We made wonderful dinners (Publix grocery is super close) and had everything we could ever need in the kitchen! The patio is just lovely! We had some rain on our visit but we enjoyed the beach from the huge spacious patio (with cocktails 😎) We also rented a pontoon boat just a couple miles from the condo and that was a blast! Super sandbars to go play on! My golden retriever loved the beach as well! Condos beach is Dog friendly and not a ton of people on the beach! It’s just all around lovely! Will 100% be coming back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Love yourself and your family and book this condo for a lovely vacation!! 🏝❤️
