'The home was perfect for our family get away. My brother and his family and me and my family stayed in the home for a few days while on vacation and it was big enough to accommodate all of us! It was easy to get in and the home was stocked with everything we needed. The neighbors were even really nice. I would definitely stay here again.'

'Two other tenants, whom I did not meet have dogs that kept barking both during the day and especially at night. This prevents me from a restful evening and sleeping at night. They also stink up the joint. Perhaps the dogs should be kept OUTSIDE.'

'The property manager, Juan, was very kind and quick to respond. There was a minor mishap with checking in and he was able to talk me through it right away. The room itself was very clean and welcoming, however the property grounds could have used some upkeep. The nearby washer and dryer was convenient (just make sure you bring quarters). The residential family on the other side were not a bother at all, they seemed sweet. The neighborhood overall had a family vibe and felt safe. For the price...

'This property was awesome. Just what we needed for a little get-a-way. Close to the Blue Heron Bridge for diving and Riveria beach was spectacular. The guest house was just the right size for the two of us. We highly recommend it! '

'We were in town for a family event and didn’t have a lot of downtime, but this house worked out perfectly for our large family. The kids especially loved the pool — it was the highlight of the weekend and gave us some great moments together in between the busy schedule.The home was clean, spacious, and comfortable for everyone. Even though we didn’t have much time to relax, the property had everything we needed, and the host made everything easy with clear instructions.We’d definitely stay again...
