Villa Igina is a welcoming apartment that covers the entire ground floor of a villa in a quiet position, located on a hillside above the sea. It sleeps seven people. From Villa Igina you will enjoy an enchanting view over the Bay of Mondello and Mount Pellegrino. Villa Igina is 120 square meters (1290 square feet). It features a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 1.3 km (0.8 miles) from Mondello, where you will find restaurants, shops and the beach. You will reach Villa Igina from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Igina you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate. The parking space is suitable for up to three cars.

The landlords live on the top floor of the villa for part of the year, and will be discreetly available whenever you need.
Garden
You will reach the garden from the villa going down an external stairway which consists of approximately ten steps. The garden is 150 square meters (1615 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by tall trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs and a gazebo. Here you will also find a portable barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery.
Verandah
The verandah is 60 square meters (645 square feet) large. Is equipped with two sofas and two armchairs. You will find a table and chairs. From the verandah you will enjoy an enchanting view over the Bay of Mondello and Mount Pellegrino. On the roof you will find a ceiling fan.
Living Room
The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The furnishings are classic and welcoming. The furnishings include a sofa and a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In this room an additional twin bed (80 cm/32 inches) is available (if requested in advance) to make it a triple room (without exceeding the maximum occupancy of seven guests). There is a nice fireplace. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the verandah through a French door. The room also has two windows. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. Here you will also find a ceiling fan.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the corridor. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The kitchen has a window.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include an armchair. The room has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include an armchair. The room has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is decorated with majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
