« We loved our stay! The hosts were very accessible and responsive; the location was fantastic putting us near multiple beaches and the old town; tons of great food near by; and the house with its HUGE backyard is a really fun area for kids. The shaded outdoor cabana-type-thing was a great place for kids (and adults) to get a break from the sun but keep enjoying the weather. We would definitely come back! »

« Overall this VRBO lived up to our expectations. It was clean, cute, conveniently located for walking to downtown. The only thing we would mention is that they also rent a studio above as a VRBO. That was a little annoying as you could hear everything above the master we were in including heavy stomping feet, conversations, a dog & things being dropped on the floor which kept us up due to upstairs guests staying up late. Not noise proof at all and quite annoying. We werent told about upstairs...

« We started our vacation in St. Augustine Florida, stayed 2 nights at this property and highly recommend this rental. It has everything you need to have an at home feel kind of stay. Owner lacked nothing from bars of soap to reading material. Owner was very responsive and home was clean and fresh. « We enjoyed the property, however, we had to move our third day in due to plumbing issues. Our host was very good about taking care of the issue and getting us moved. St Augustine was terrific and our first time there. Very historic and a beautiful area. »

We had an elderly relative with us and sent a message early in the day asking if we could check in prior to 4p. We never received any response. It is understandable that there may have been others in the home and early check in was not possible, but the lack of response made me wonder what would happen if something more serious was needed during our stay. « Excellent comunication with the proerty manager, profesionalism, attention to detail and generosity. Great water pressure, quiet and peaceful, comfortable and clean. Nice air condition. Modern decor, high ceilings. The unit doesn't have a stove but who wants to cook when there are so many wonderful selections to eat out. Full amenities. Only 15 minute walk to the cetral town área, restaurants and coffee shops, attractions and shopping. The Property Manager gave us wonderful recommendations...
