'Dit hotel is absoluut geen aanrader. Het bed zat vol met beestjes, het eten was zwaar tegenvallend en het hotel slecht te bereiken ivm feestdagen. Hier was niet over gecommuniceerd en er werd ook niets geregeld door het hotel. We moesten door zand en achteraf straten lopen waarbij we ons niet veilig hebben gevoeld. 'Fijn hotel, we kregen bij aankomst een upgrade naar een hogere verdieping waardoor we prachtig uitzicht hadden over de Oceaan. Het zwembad is heerlijk en heeft ook stoelen met een mooi uitzicht. Daarnaast hadden we zowel ontbijt als diner in het hotel en dit was erg lekker met voldoende keus (was a la carte en geen buffet). In de buurt liggen mooie strandjes en de stad Galle is goed bereikbaar. Zeker een aanrader dit hotel'

'The staff went above and beyond. It was my girlfriends 30th birthday and while I was in the UK they helped to get things organised and things didn’t change once we got here. The best treatment, I could see the staff did this across the board for everyone at the hotel. They really couldn’t have helped more if they tried, from the manager, to the reception staff, bar staff and everybody else.
