The villa is called Los geranios de Elvira, it is located just 13 kms from Granada and 45 Kms from the beach, making it ideal to move to any point of Granada, the ski slopes, the beach or Andalusia, since the access to the highway is 3 kms. It is located in a quiet urbanization at the foot of the mountain where the Sierra Nevada National Park begins in Padul.
Los geranios de Elvira is a great and spacious independent villa of 300 m2 within a plot of 740 m2 with two private pools which makes it perfect for families with children, groups of friends, etc. .

The villa is distributed on two floors with independent access: 2 living rooms, 2 full kitchens, 1 rustic living room-kitchen, 6 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms and 2 basements for recreational use which are accessed from the pools. Air conditioning / heating throughout the house.

In the Outdoor area:
2 beautiful saltwater pools where you can enjoy the BBQ area, 2 large outdoor dining rooms, both with garden chairs or sunbathing on one of the sun loungers. Recreational basements: Both pools have access to recreational basements. Both are spacious with more than 40 m2 each. In one of them you can find a more rustic living room-kitchen with everything you need to use when you are enjoying the pool as well as a bathroom with shower. In the other basement you can find a large area where children and adults can play and enjoy a game of billiards, some darts, a game of poker or a game of ping-pong. It also has a bathroom with shower.

In addition to visiting the Alhambra, going to the beach, visiting the shopping centers of the capital or the ski resort, Padul offers many possibilities: hiking in the mountains, the Mammoth route next to the lagoon, horseback riding in the lagoon , paddle tennis courts, Santa Clara golf course 9 kms.
