Welcome to Silver Seadream and South Farm! Only steps up from the outdoor pool, enjoy this corner of Seabrook with its vistas of forest and pasture. It is about a ten-minute walk to the shops or beach (via the Gnome Trail) yet far enough away so that the winds do not blow as strong (and therefore often notably warmer!), it is a great neighborhood to discover.

This south-facing home enjoys tons of natural light. Grab a cup of coffee and start the day sitting on the porch swing or rocking chairs on the large, covered front porch. Or on those days when it is just too nice to stay inside, enjoy the large, paved patio in back and soak in the afternoon sun, or sit around the propane firepit to enjoy the evenings and chase away any chill. Adjacent is a large hot tub, and a hot/cold water bib to comfortably wash off sand from feet and paws.

Inside you will find several more comfortable gathering areas: the living room with ample seating and cozy blankets for sitting around the fireplace and TV; the 8-person, wide dining table; the four stools at the counter to chat with those in the kitchen; and upstairs a large sectional sofa so all can kick back and watch the big game or movie in the media room. Enjoy the variety of games, puzzles, DVDs and books (and some toys for younger kids), plus the intuitive, easy-to-understand remotes for the three Fire TVs.

For your comfort and convenience, there is a spacious mudroom just inside the back door, and hooks, hooks, hooks everywhere for all your needs: coats and keys, towels and dog leashes, hats and bags. Being a dog-friendly home, there are basic amenities for your pet, including feeding bowls and mat. In the hall closet you will also find a beach blanket, camp chairs and totes, and umbrellas in the mudroom.

In the fully-outfitted kitchen you will find a convenient coffee station with coffee grinder, filters and sugar packets, and a variety of little “extras” to make your stay more accommodating (plates, cups and bowls in a variety of sizes, ample bakeware for cookies, muffins and loafs, s’more sticks for taking to the firepit, plentiful plastic bowls/plates/cups easily accessible for the kids, aluminum foil and plastic wrap, a special charging outlet with four USB ports and nearby charging caddy.)

When it is time to retreat to your own space, Silver Seadream has many options:

- Main floor king bedroom – separated from the rest of the downstairs through the mudroom, it offers a space with a bit more quiet and privacy. It is attached to the main floor bathroom with a spacious tiled shower.
- Second floor king primary bedroom with attached bath with tiled shower and Fire TV.
- Second floor bunk room with an extra high queen-over queen bunk bed – comfortable for kids and adults. This bedroom can sleep four and are tested to hold 800 lbs PER bed! Patented Rock Lock system ensures no wiggling and keeps bunk beds super sturdy.
- The large sectional in the media rooms opens up to a comfortable full bed, adding extra space for larger groups.
For guests with a hybrid or fully electric vehicles, in the back parking spot there is a 50-Amp Dedicated Circuit with Four Prong Range Plug (guests need to bring their own charger.)
