Porpoise of Life offers beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean and magnificent sunsets. The 3-story house with an adjacent Carriage House and garage sits next to West Hill Park with steps that lead to the beach. The home offers a four-season porch with beautiful full-length glass doors that can be completely opened to enjoy the beauty of the day and the ocean view. If it gets a little chilly or breezy, the doors can be partially or completely closed so you can enjoy views of the Pacific in the comfort of a cozy porch.

There’s a full deck across the second floor and another deck off another bedroom. There’s no end to the vistas you can enjoy from the porch and decks. The home is beautifully decorated and furnished to ensure you, your family, and friends can be comfortable in your home-away-from home.

There are sleeping accommodations with 2 king bedrooms, 1 queen bedroom, and 4 trundle beds. The Carriage House offers another queen bedroom and an additional room with 2 trundle beds. The main house primary bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom complete with a shower, a separate soaking tub, and a walk-in closet. The other two bedrooms on the second floor share a full bath that can also function as an ensuite bath for the second king bedroom. There is another full bath with shower for the third floor Media Room where the trundle beds are located. In addition, there is another full bath with shower in the Carriage House.

The Carriage House has two rooms with sleeping accommodations in both. It is an ideal remote work location with a queen bed, and an adjustable desk and chair, while also offering the convenience of a kitchenette with sink, microwave, and refrigerator, coffee maker, dishes and glassware. The high-speed Internet is the best available and you will find working remotely to be easy, quiet, and productive. When your work is complete, you can join the rest of your party in the main house or simply relax with a glass of wine knowing your work for the day is complete.

The main house living room is beautifully decorated and has a gas fireplace. The door from the living room opens to the four-season sun porch. The gourmet kitchen is fully-equipped for even the largest gatherings. There’s even a Kitchen Aid mixer and cookie cutters for fun family baking events. There’s also a large guest pantry that allows you to have plenty of room for all you bring. There’s a large dining room table with chairs as well as a long bench for extra seating. There’s a large grill just outside the kitchen.

The third floor Media Room is a great place to gather and play multiple games or watch TV or movies. There are blu-ray DVD players throughout the house and the High Speed Internet access is perfect for streaming. Between the main house and the Carriage House there’s a huge hot tub for relaxing.

There’s also a large paver patio and your very own fire pit surrounded by Adirondack Chairs – all perfect for enjoying the day or evening and roasting hot dogs or, of course, smores! Again, there’s the beautiful view of the Pacific even from the fire pit. This is a pet-friendly home and a five-minute walk to Town Center where you can enjoy the shops and restaurants and everything wonderful Seabrook has to offer.
