Nice, pet-friendly home with large living spaces. We enjoyed spreading out on the big, comfy sofa. Cooking in the kitchen was great as well and dining table that is perfect for 6. Would visit again.

The house is incredibly clean and spacious. It was a lot of space at a great price. It's close to the beach and Seabrook, so we didn't have to go far for groceries or a restaurant.

The stay was comfortable. I was very surprised about the fees not included in the daily rate. I paid extra for the dog. It was expected. The other “hidden fees” almost amounted to as much as the daily rate. Shame on you Vacasa.

Stay in Pacific Beach

It is a brand new house, with many amenities. It has three large bedrooms and a fourth room with futons, which are comfortable for sleeping if the mattresses are on the floor. IT was quiet. We enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable Stay

The house was very comfortable in a nice quiet neighborhood. The 4 of us had enough space and everything we needed for our stay. However the yard outside the living room and kitchen window was of a gravel side yard, but had trees behind it. The other surroundings were pretty.

Quick anniversary get away

Nice house. For me it was sad to be at the beach but not actually see the beach. I knew this when I rented though so that is on me. It is an easy drive to the beach but walking would be dangerous as you would have to walk on the highway with little shoulder. Seabrook is lovely and we had good meals there at Kokos and Frontage Pizza.

Divided Review

This review reflects two points. The first, the house itself is as described with great access to the beach which is very close. Plenty of room and single story is a huge plus. Our issue was with the cleanliness of the home upon arrival. Floors dirty, mirrors in bathrooms with water spots by sinks, and what appeared to be a large pool of vomit around one of the toilets that wasn’t cleaned up. Upon contacting the property management company VaCasa, the sharing was located outside the United States and informed us after multiple requests to have it cleaned, that there was no one local who could return to properly clean the home and we would have to do so ourself. Very discouraged with our experience with the company and not necessarily the home. I would not recommend this home to future renters until the owners slowly use VRBO and cut ties with the other property management. Our issues with our stay had nothing to do with the owners or the house itself, just the condition in which we found it when we arrived. After purchasing our own cleaning supplies and disinfecting the vomit and other areas, we enjoyed our stay and found the house comfortable and met our needs.

Great getaway

The house was great. The layout was really good and everything was clean. There is an entire cabinet full of games and puzzles. It was a 5 or so minute drive to the beach so that was great. I think the only disappointment was not being able to see at least a peek of the ocean from the house.

GREAT HOUSE W/LOTS OF EXTRAS

The only thing this place could of used was a bbq. Otherwise it had everything its supposed to and more. Clean and very well taken care of. The yard left a lot to be desired. Needs some TLC. The description needs to include all the things available. We brought alot more that we didnt have to. Kitchen has just about everything we needed. Maybe some wine glasses. But the house was great. Would stay here again.

What a great place..

We had a wonderful time - the location was perfect and easy access to the beaches and towns. The house is spacious and just the perfect size. The allowing of pets was a great plus. The kitchen had most of the pans/dishes/cookware that we needed for our long weekend adventure. Loved that they had lights to put on your head since clamming was in the evening. We would recommend this place and will definitely be back again.

Extremely Clean, Well Laid Out

This house was perfect! Check-in was a breeze, house was super clean and very accommodating, with everything we needed for the weekend. I thought in the pictures that the walls would be stark white, but they are a soft gray, very nice and matches the hardwood flooring perfectly. The house flows very nicely, with the office, living room, kitchen, and dining all in the front with laundry, beds and bath in the back, so as to not disturb sleeping persons if others want to stay up and watch TV or play games. There is a cabinet in the dining room FULL of games, and the “office” has a lot of older VHS for kids and books to read for all ages. We fully enjoyed our time there!! One thing that wasn’t an issue at all, but would have been awesome, is if the back yard was fully fenced. This property allows up to 4 dogs, and we had our 3. All in all, this was a perfect little getaway house. Perfect location, a 2 minute drive and we could drive right onto the beach! Plus, I found a perfect sand dollar right in the yard!! Thank you for letting us stay!!
