Eco Luxury villa with infinity pool a Fontanaro Property

Leccino villa, build in 1897 is adjacent to the main house Fontanaro. It has its own private patio, covered parking, barbecue, garden and a nice view on the vineyard. It is built over our wine cellar containing 2500 bottles of wine.
The villa has 1 bedroom with a king-size bed (plus an extra bed for 1 person on request) and 1 bathroom with a maxi shower. It is fully furnished and decorated with tasteful Umbrian touches, is approximately 60 sq. mt. and has a large living room with International satellite TV and WI-FI access, a well equipped kitchen corner and a ceramic wood-burning stove. There is also a bread oven, a porch fully equipped with outdoors furnitures and a Weber barbecue.
A large Infinity swimming pool and a maxi Jacuzzi (shared with the Frantoio cottage, 2 persons).
ALSO INCLUDED: AC, SMART TV LCD , DVD, IPOD SPEAKER, RADIO, WI-FI, LINES, TOWELS ALSO FOR THE POOL, HAIR DRYER, DISH WASHER, WASHING MACHINE. THE KITCHEN IS FULLY EQUIPPED. FARM PRODUCTS AND VISIT OF THE OLIVE OIL MILL AND THE FARM.
PLUS: We are able to provide you with any extra service in case you might need, such as airport transfers, excursions and events. We can also provide "tailor made" services that you might wish to have.
