'Yes the pool was great and easy wlking access to shops'

'Internet reception very poor inside building. Fee for premium WiFi needed if you need internet inside your room. Grounds are natural and beautiful. Staff consistently friendly and helpful.'

'Only one friendly staff member and he worked the desk, everyone else was rude or unable to communicate due to language barrier. The parking was awful. Away from hotel on a dirt road not well lit at night. When you are traveling alone that can be frightening. Stayed on the third floor, no working elevator n the last day with lots of luggage to bring down several flights of stairs with no help from staff. Very disappointing. Will not be back here, ever. '

'Had a great time. Property was beautiful. Staff amazing overall. Downfalls - bed mattress was failing and very uncomfortable and guest services/housekeeping was unresponsive. Also, no iron in room or a place to hang any clothing. Food was wonderful, pool areas and grounds were wonderful and safe! Would return again.'

'This was are second time we stayed here. We stayed because our first stay the room was clean and had no problems with housekeeping. But this time around the room was clean, but the bathroom had a big roach. Then I saw another thing one one the sink. The shower looked kinda clean. The complementary hair and body soap were dirty. Didn't cross my mind to use anyway. I believe we would not stay again.'
