We cannot wait to share this home with you so you can see what we are so excited about. Elegant and comfortable, a vacation in this home is sure to leave you refreshed. This property is located in the marina and has a private dock. At approximately 4,104 square feet, it is our largest boat dock home. It was built in 1980 but redone in 2015 so it has all of the modern day luxuries you and your family could want! Upon entry of the front gate, you have a direct pathway to the dock and a spacious deck, the perfect place to spend summer days. Take a tour of the marina with the kayaks or go fishing off the dock! The first level of the property features a laundry room, half bath, formal dining area, informal dining area, kitchen, and a super comfy living space. The kitchen has plenty of cooking space and features stainless steel appliances and beautiful wood cabinetry. The kitchen is also fairly open, making it easy for everyone doing the cooking to stay a part of the party! The living room features a large and comfy couch, huge flat screen TV, a piano, and a gorgeous brick fireplace; there is no better place to retire to after a fun filled day on the water. On the second floor you will find four bedrooms. To the right, you will find the master suite which features a king bed, private balcony overlooking the water, private brick fireplace, flat screen TV, and a beautiful master bath. The master bath features his and her sinks, a large walk in closet, a Jacuzzi tub, and a large shower. Two more bedrooms on this level feature queen beds, while the last room features a trundle bed with two twins(kids room) and lots of toys for the kiddos! There is a full bath on this level featuring a shower/tub combo and his and her sinks. Last but not least on this level is the sauna! The third level of this property is the loft, featuring two full beds, a bunk bed featuring two twins, and a big cozy couch! With a 45 foot boat dock, this property is situated right on the water for all kinds of water sports! It is also only a 1/2 mile away from the sandy beaches of Oxnard for your surfing and beach-going escapades! Reserve your stay today!

Fabulous Family Fun

Gorgeous setting with such a spacious house and deck! We loved the dock and kayaks and paddle boards. Our family from age 6 to 71 enjoyed the entire experience.

What an awesome house!!! We had a wonderful time!! The kids loved it and my son who has a boat was so grateful for the boat dock!! It was clean and the kitchen was perfect. It allowed the person cooking to be apart for cooking purposes and still be included in all the activities. Thank you so much we will be back!!!

House on the canal

We had a party of 10 that the house accommodated very well. The location is perfect. It is a quiet location in the canal with paddle boarding and kayaks at your disposal. The beach is beautiful and an easy quick drive . We had two complications with the water heater and sewer but were addressed quickly by the property management.

Spacious Waterfront Home

We held a family reunion at my sister’s house in Oxnard and used this VRBO for the out of town guests. The house was big with lots of areas to gather in. This listing was accurate. We had coffee each morning on the back deck. Kitchen was awesome. We used the kayaks every day - almost everyone tried kayaking. Location was very convenient. Very comfortable house - no complaints from anyone.

Had a great time. House is comfortable with lots of space for everyone. Used the paddle boards and one kayak. Suggest that a tire pump be added in the garage as all the bikes had flat tires.

Beautiful Marina property, needs TLC and cleaning!

Deck is excellent and peaceful. Marina access is really nice and the fact that kayaks, paddle boards (some are broken) are available in the garage, as well as games like dart, make for a very enjoyable stay. But only as long as you stick to the outdoors. The indoors is a different story. The home itself was filthy. Kitchen sink clogged up and stunk, the grouts on the kitchen floor are so dirty they are black (tells you how well they clean, sanitize. One steam cleaning would solve this). We literally found dirty dishes in the cabinets. Yikes. The pots and pans are a health hazard, scratched and Teflon is wearing off. One pan was oily and greasy and not even clean. Dishes had broken edges. My mom hopped into bed to find the bedsheets hadn't been washed, had food crumbs, stains and hair from previous guests........ In master bath the bath rug was dirty on the edges and sticky. The tiled grouts in the shower were not well cleaned. We wore sandals while showering. If you have asthma, allergies or are into being hypoallergenic I would not recommend this property. The whole house smells like dryer sheets. I had a headache while over there and the strong fragrance affected our group. My brother broke out in hives and found some blankets that were not fragrant and used them to sleep on the floor rather than the bed. Everywhere I have stayed in the past have used free and clear detergent. The property was not well vacuumed. There are signs saying the property has been sanitized but by the door handles were so dirty you wonder that if they don't clean how can it be sanitized. And then when you checkout there is the usual start dishwasher load and take trash out. But there was the extra stripping all the blankets, beds and pillows off of their sheets and starting a load of laundry (with the detergent that gives you a headache). You wonder why you are paying a $$$$$ dollar cleaning fee when the home is handed to you dirty and then you have to do all this cleaning in the end. What do the cleaners actually do? On a positive note, the property management seemed open to my feedback. I was told my cleaning fee would be returned to me with the security deposit. It has been two weeks and I haven't received anything yet. I honestly wish the property was clean and in good shape, after all that's why I was paying so much, for it, to have a good and relaxing time. I hope they fix these issues because the property location is great and it can accommodate a nice stay.

Great property!

The house was in a beautiful location and plenty big enough for our family of 8. Very clean. Lots of water toys. We suggest you stock kitchen with more serving dishes, dishes, cups and also provide a water filter or at least bottled water as Oxnard water tastes horrible. Plus the garbage disposal stunk. Other than that it was the perfect place and we would highly recommend!! Thank you

Excellent layout for our family of 10 mostly adults. The living space could easily accommodate all. Two large tables for eating. Nice outdoor area. Umbrellas were adjustable for the sun. Good amount of sport equipment. There was an outdoor grill not listed.

Perfect for a big group.

The house is perfect location with a large beautiful deck to enjoy the views. The house is large and would be ideal for those looking to travel with a big group. Kayaks and other activity equipment are available for use. The third floor is all beds, so if you need privacy the second floor 4 bedrooms is all you get. Lots of space for sleeping. Could use an extra bathroom. The house could use an upgrade on towels as they were pretty side. Cleaning supplies, trash bags, and toilet paper/paper towels provided. An extra trash bin would be helpful as with a large group the trash fills up very quickly. Overall, I recommend the house for the large spaces. Lots of seating. And most important perfect location on the water.

Great Getaway!

We had an exceptional stay that was both relaxing and full of fun activities. The house was well equipped with kayaks, SUP’s, life jackets, fishing rods, and bikes (some weren’t in working condition, but there was enough for us to share/rotate). The deck was perfect for large group meals and chilling with a book. The living room was perfectly set up for all 10 of us to hang out and the kids loved their upstairs loft (although they wished for cable service or DVD player to enjoy the big tv!) We enjoyed the proximity to the beach, outdoor weekend markets, and boat rentals. The only area of improvement would be a an additional full bath (that’s apparently in the works) and a better stocked kitchen - we found that we had to do many loads of dishwashing to keep stocked in clean cups etc. We definitely plan to return!
