'I will definitely be using this home for my next and hopefully all trips in Georgia. The home was comfortable and spacious…there were towels out on the bed, folded neatly. The kids didn’t want to leave lol..they loved “the blue house” lol. The neighborhood was very quiet. I liked that we were able to walk around the neighborhood. '

'We ended up getting properties switched due to issues in the houses, but the one we ended up with we absolutely loved!! Very close to Covington Square. Our hostess stayed in touch regularly and was very helpful. Sweet Magnolias was filming there during our visit so we fell in love with the area even more! Everyone is nice! '

'We stayed here for our family vacation to Georgia, and I’m so glad we did! The house is beautiful inside and out. The house was clean, and very well organized. If you’re traveling with kids it’s also a plus as The house was stocked with toys, a high chair, pack and play, booster seat, stroller and even has the cutest little playroom. 'The house was amazingly spacious. My family stayed here for the weekend when my son graduated high school. Lots of memories were made, the hosts were very accommodating. I'll definitely recommend this home to anyone with a large family.'

'The house was very nice. We have family in the area, and will likely be back! Pro tip: The only challenge of this location is turning left out of the neighborhood, especially during busy afternoon traffic. If you cut behind the Dunkin / gas station, you can get to the light to turn left. '

'It is an older property, but tastefully decorated. It was very clean except for a few stains on a pillowcase. It had more than enough space for our group. The garage game room was a nice surprise. The steepness of the driveway needs to be noted. It is impossible to park in the driveway and anyone with walking issues needs to be mindful that getting inside requires a lot of steps. The beds were nice and comfy. '

'This is our second time as we are renting this house and I couldn’t be more happy with it. The house is huge, big lot too, it’s super-quiet, the place just filled with a birds chirping which is so nice to wake up to. Everything is clean and well-maintained, there’s a nice firepit outside, awesome hot tub and canoes downhill. The host is very helpful and replies to the questions right away. Great place - great service. '

' Very beautiful home I planned the stay for a birthday celebration which I didn’t know before hand that I wasn’t allowed apple parking for more guest, none the less we made it work with minimal complaints due to a little music and gathering I corrected the issue and everyone enjoyed themselves so much. Thanks Sara for being a great host overall.'

'Our family stayed while in the area for the weekend. The house is clean and well ordered. The beds are nice and comfy. The only minor issue is fruit flies were prevalent. Id book this property again for sure.'

'The owner asked me to leave because they had someone else coming. She said that her sister double booked the house. She also lied about the person coming booked a month in advance not true. I had to pack everything back up with no other options for that weekend.'

'Inside was clean and well stocked with all the daily necessities of living. We were comfortable and slept well. The water was HOT at all times in both bathrooms. The AC worked excellent and kept the house temperature comfortably cool. The host was quick to respond and allowed early check-in. The outside needs pressure washing and some minor repairs, but the inside made up for the outside. Highly recommend '
