The house was Very good.
The power was flickering during the first night.
The power went completely off at 6 pm on the second day of our stay.
Called the property management, spoke to the agent Precious. She told to wait till Hydro One repairs the power in the area.
Called them again at 11pm, still without power, spoke to the same Precious. Asked for partial refund or for a credit towards our next stay. Been told, the company wonât do either, the power outages in the area are out of their hansa, itâs with Hydro One.
Well, Youâve got our money, over 1K, not the power company - and Youâve shown how you âthrive for the best customer experienceâ. Youâve lost the customer, and referrals.
