Une maison de luxe conviviale et familiale, avec système d'enregistrement sans clé avec finitions soignées, musique, salle multimédia, espace de loisirs et bar dans le sous-sol, entièrement sécurisée, située à Overland Park - quatre chambres, six salles de bain, cinq salles de bain salle de bains. Maison de 5000 pieds carrés! Pas de fêtes. Les clients qui réservent peuvent seulement s'enregistrer. Pas d'invités non enregistr��s, pas de fumer à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur de la propriété. Great space!

If you are looking for clean accommodations with all the amenities and TONS of space then this is the place. Also the beds were very comfy and it is located is a VERY quiet and safe neighborhood.

This was a perfect setting for a family gathering after my father’s funeral. Lots of room and nicely furnished. It was quite comfortable and enjoyable.

Very nice house

Very comfortable space for 8 adults and 2 toddlers with room to spare in a nice neighborhood. Kids had fun at the neighborhood pool. Would stay again.

Great location & Beautiful home

Our stay was in amazing. We were in town for my sisters wedding and it was perfect to house all of us. We did have a slight problem with heat the first night but the landlord was very responsive and did everything he could to get it fixed as quick as possible. Home could use some better lighting in bathrooms, and some of the switches were tough but those were minor things. Thanks again!

The house is large however the finishes are not upgradedThe baseboards were filthy The blinds did not lay nicely on the windows Carpeted area is old, worn and not very clean, multiple stains Lighting was horrible you had to click the switches 5-15 times to get them to work The outdoor furniture was broken ( seats leaned back not intentionally)Most disturbing was we felt like something was just not right I googled the address and discovered a shooting occurred there and the guest ended up dying during surgery. We are extremely disappointed this was not shared and with the overall experience This rental was extremely expensive and absolutely not worth the price

Great location/neighborhood, good house but needs some TLC

The house worked very well for our extended family of eight. But I had hoped for and expected better. Too many little issues which needed to be addressed (and should be based upon the listing description and nightly cost). I will provide the owner/manager a detailed list in the hope the items will be addressed and future guests won't be mildly disappointed.

Family Wedding

We booked this property to celebrate my niece's wedding. We had family traveling from 3 states so it was such a treat to have everyone under one roof for a few days! The property was perfect for a big group, clean and easy instructions for access. We had a miscommunication with the property manager, but it was promptly resolved. It is reassuring to know they will make sure everything is to your satisfaction! 5 stars for customer service! They even checked in the next day to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. I would definitely recommend this property and Kishore. We are grateful for the use of the property and will stay again in the future. Thank you!

Owner does NOT care about how he leaves the house to you. Paid a lot for this house and we arrived to a horrible lacquer paint smell. Had rented property so that my 92 year old mother could hang out with grandkids and great grandkids. We had to cancel plans the first evening and next day so because the paint fumes were so bad we had to air the house out. No response when we called owner. Electrical outlets in bedrooms did not work - had to go buy a large extension cord so that my husband could use his cpap. Trash left at front door, charcoal briquettes and broken furniture littered back patio, broken toys left in shelves, linens were not in all bedrooms, one bed can’t be slept in bc they glued a shelf were your head goes, huge stain on carpet, mattresses are super cheap and uncomfortable, dirty shoe left on top of pillows in closet. Owner truly doesn’t care what kind of experience you have. Owner finally called after I left several messages. Texted twice that he would give me a small refund which was a total lie. DO NOT RENT HERE

Beautiful home with a fair amount of potential. We found a lot of the things in the home to be very dated and hard to use. Felt strongly that things could have been cleaner. A lot of light switches are very quirky and/or do not work. Light in master bedroom barely works at all, and if you hit the switch on the wall, it begins making an awful clicking noise. Icemaker barely worked, back porch was very dirty with a big ant problem. When you’re on vacation, the last thing you wanna do is problem solved and have to try to figure things out which we had to do for a lot of things in this house.Main living room has a 35 inch TV and not much sitting for a large family that this home accommodates. Overall, the stay was fine, but this home definitely needs some updating and if you’re looking for something that accommodate a large family with small children, or a home that is up-to-date and modern, this is not the VRBO for you.

Good place to stay for big groups.

We had a great stay while visiting Kansas City. The movie theater screen was a hit for the kids however, lots of glass tables and nice decorations that were hard to keep our two year old away from. We had three young children so ended up setting up a plastic table and chairs we saw in the garage and the little dined at that spot. It is a smart house which took us a bit to figure out. Light switches were a little finicky. These are the very small things that made it not the perfect stay. However, it was near perfect. Great communication with the host and the pool was a great added bonus. It’s very well kept with a nice park and basketball court. Kitchen was well stocked and the grill was a huge perk.

Great location and house

I had rented this house for a family get together with my siblings and parents. There were 14 of us and the house was beautiful and spacious. We had some minor issues with some items being broken or not working and the house wasn't as clean as I'd like, but nothing that would ruin our stay. When I communicated the issues to the owner he said that he would send over cleaners again if I would like (at that point it wasn't worth it) and he also stated that he would fix any of the broken furniture/items. The carpets were pretty stained but that is expected in a rental. Communication with the owner was great. He contacted a few times during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed and even sent us over some cakes to make up for the issues we had. All in all, my family had a great stay. I can't say enough about the location. It was in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood and almost anything you would need was only a short 10 minutes away. The pool wasn't ever overly busy and just a short car ride away. The children loved the movie room in the basement and would have stayed there all day everyday if we let them.

Upon our arrival, the maintenance person was replacing smoke detectors that had been expired for two months. No reason was given for why they waited until our arrival to update the safety features of the house. In addition, the home theater they boasted about did not work. The maintenance guy could not figure out why. After a few minutes of troubleshooting, I found a cable that had been cut. I also found several light switches that did not work. The maintenance guy was there until 8:45 pm on our first night of our family Christmas gathering. He ran out of light switches and was only able to get about half of them to function. As if that wasn’t enough, the heat did not work in the basement or the main floor. The temperature on the main floor was 57 degrees. The owners solution was to bring 3 space heaters. They finally sent an HVAC company out on the second day. The diagnosis was a poorly maintained old furnace with a filter that had not been in a very long time. It was so full of dust that light could not penetrate the filter. The HVAC co. said they didn’t know if it would last through the rest of our stay. Fortunately it did last. When I mentioned this to the owner, he was not very apologetic and would only offer me a slight discount on 1 day. That hardly seems fair when we lost one entire day of our stay, and about a quarter of the light switches did not work. This could be a nice home, but it is not well maintained. I would never recommend this company or this house.

This trip was very fun, it was very hot but the home was very cool and really inviting. The pool was not overly crowded and there was plenty of space for our group of 14. I would definitely go back or recommend it!

Amazing family reunion location

We were so blessed to have your beautiful home as the gathering place for our family reunion. People came from 5 states, ages 4 months to 85 years. The spaces were perfect for chatting on the patio, the living room, family room or around the tables. We loved the bedroom and bathroom setups- so convenient! The beds were comfortable, plenty of space in the bedrooms. Quality linens for beds and baths. Well stocked kitchen! Thanks for providing paper towels, foil, and we appreciated having containers for leftovers. This was the best stocked kitchen of all the homes I've stayed in (and we've stayed in 15+ home rentals across the country). Communication was great. We didn't have a need, but I did reach out about the trash not being picked up from the guests before us - I got an immediate response. When our family from KC came from their homes, we had 20 people in the house - there was plenty of room for everyone to visit and play games. Memories were made and will be treasured - thanks for sharing your home with us!
