'The hotel rooms are extremely nice.'

'Safe area, clean room, the shower was awesome. Beds were comfortable. It was quiet and the blackout curtains made it nice and dark for sleep. The breakfast area looked awesome, but we didn’t have time to partake.'

'I am a big fan of Drury Inn & Suites! That being said, I think the 5:30 kickback should be moved from 6-8. It ends too early for travelers who look forward to the “ travel community or home feel” it provides to traveler'

'Hotel voor onderweg, maar er zijn betere opties. Karig ontbijt, dat ook klokslag 9 uur wordt afgeruimd. Das wel heel vroeg. Ook de tv in de ontbijtruimte gaat uit. Niet zo vriendelijk. Bedden zijn prima (met een vervelende hoge rand - je zit er niet fijn op, bv voor tv kijken), kamers ruim, maar de airco is zeer luid. De douche in de badkamer is lachwekkend laag. Ik (1.73) moest bukken om er onder te kunnen staan. Belachelijk. '

'I came to Louisville for a funeral. After the funeral I wanted to hangout with my nephews at a pool. I booked this place specifically for the pool. When I arrived at the hotel, the pool was shutdown. I stated my concerns to the front desk clerk and canceled this reservation. She assured me that I would not be charged. I booked another hotel with an open pool. I contacted Expedia. After over two weeks, the hotel refused to give me my money back.'
