'The place was very clean, and as listed had pretty complete kitchen which we enjoyed. Bedrooms are a bit tight but we managed. Experienced record heat but ac worked great! Good location for visit to Big Bend. We should’ve stayed 2 nights. '

'Clean spacious room. Had to call the front desk for a remote for the TV (didn’t work) and a plunger for the toilet (yuck). Breakfast is hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal and bagels. And coffee with good creamer. Nice pool and decent gym'

'There is no dishes, no soap, no extra blankets, no shampoo. no coffee. basically you need to bring everything. Oh wait, there is toilet paper and towels.'

'I love the location, the ease of having washer and dryer in the unit rather than just on the property. And how quick the honor was to respond to a couple simple issues and fixes we had while I was there.'

'While our room was clean and the cleaning staff kept up the foyer and swimming area cleanly. The front desk could have been more helpful. I called with a minor issue with our room and the young man that answered the phone was not very helpful. I wasn’t sure if our conversation was over until I realized he hung up. I understand he may have had a long work day, but my family and I also had a long travel day. It would have been nice if he at least pretended to care about my issue.'
