'This property is owned by a larger management company. So had more hoops to go through after the reservation done here. Fill out an application AND send picture of ID. A few days prior to check in, got a text of the house manual. It was a ton of rules of things NOT to do and specific instructions about the hot tub. Except for one thing. 'Very nice spot, one of the better supplied kicthens I have seen in a short-term rental with decent appliances. And yes the counters are all bar-height, but it wasn't an issue for us. One thing that I didn't realize was that the wood-stove is only decorative, so if you want a fire, it is outside.'
