« Très bel hôtel, très bien placé à côté de plusieurs arrêts de métro et bus donc la yamanote Line qui rejoint les principaux gros quartier de Tokyo. Personnel très gentil et serviable, propreté rien à redire. Je recommande fortement et y retournerai sans hésiter. »

« We, a family 5 with 7 & 10 yrs old girls, stayed here for 4 nights. The room was clean; all mentioned amenities were available. The walkable distance to Station made our trip possible. Our flight was at 6PM, we tried to communicate with hotel owner and cleaner to extend us from 10AM to 12AM. After their discussion, we were given the extra 2 hours to stay with no cost. This meant a lot to us. We really appreciated their consideration and generosity! I will recommend this stay in Tokyo! »

« If you are looking for a family friendly place to stay look no further. This property was spotless, it was a very comfortable room. Fang is an excellent host and very accommodating. She was friendly, polite and her English was excellent. It was very homey. »

« Excellent rapport qualité/prix ! Appart'hotels situé à 5 minutes de la gare de Tokiwadai, qui nous emmène en 10 minutes à Ikebukuro dans le centre de Tokyo. La chambre, bien que légèrement défraîchie, est tout à fait confortable et la literie était très propre. Le personnel très acceuillant malgré mon check-in tardif, ne parlait pas anglais mais savait tout de même répondre à mes questions. Je reviendrai ! »

« 優點：坐巴士來回機場交通相當方便，浴室美髮電器用品相當好，房間有洗烘衣機對旅客相當好，廚房用品也相當齊全可以自己煮。缺點：首都高就在旁邊所以晚上會有重機經過超吵，房間燈光，只有黃光太昏暗，房間冷氣會直吹頭，整晚睡的忽冷忽熱的。整體來說還是推薦入住 »

« This hotel is lease than 5 minutes walking from 筑地市场with lots of seafood and sushi stands. The market closed by 3pm so we have to go back the next day morning , they open as early as 6am. We love all the food choices we tried in the market. In the evening, we walked to shopping malls in Ginza. Super convenient location for food as well as shopping. The room size is big compare to other hotela in Tokyo. Washer and kitchen in unit is very helpful. We will stay here again next time visit Tokyo. »

« Très bon hôtel super bien situé dans le centre de Shibuya. Les chambres sont très petites mais optimisées. Si vous cherchez des grandes chambres pour rester à l'hôtel c'est pas pour vous. Nous c'était amplement suffisant, propre, et accueillant. »

« The room was really spacious. Newly built so everything was super clean. Stayed as Family with two kids. Good space to move around and very close to public transportation. »
