'Great location - walking distance to the hub of Shinjuku. We did find the building noisy in terms of people above walking around their apartment. We have stayed as Illi TAS previously and preferred that room/layout.'

'Perfect location for us. A bit quieter neighborhood but still walkable from the main area around Shinjuku station and a short walk to Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden. Super clean, new, apartment space. Kids loved the pull down projector. Very helpful to have in-unit laundry/dryer.'

'Ik had een kamer geboekt voor mijn gezin, 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen. Echter bestaan dit soort kamers helemaal niet. De kamer die wij kregen was te klein met een bedje van 120x180. Daar kun je niet met 4 mensen in slapen. Ik heb een extra kamer moeten nemen en daar kosten voor moeten maken. Ik mag aannemen dat Expedia deze kosten gaat vergoeden. '

'Very difficult to find with the uber driver. No Wi-Fi instructions. Took a day to get them. I gues you get what you pay for, and there are many hotels just up the road for slightly more and way less confusion '

The hosts were incredibly kind, responsive, and went above and beyond by helping us dispose of our broken suitcase, which made a stressful situation so much easier. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The washing machine, drying room, and well-equipped kitchenette were fantastic bonuses that made our stay much more convenient. 'Expedia advertised room as accommodating six in three beds. There was only two beds. Hotel sorted but bad drills on Expedia’s part.'
