'Nicely renovated house in Peoria Heights - not a bad neighborhood but still 5-6 blocks from the nice downtown strip of the Heights. Both bedrooms and the bathroom are up a tight flight of stairs - not an issue for most but wouldn’t work for someone with mobility problems. The owner was very responsive and allowed us a late checkout. Overall solid place for two or three people. '

'Home was like new and extremely clean and tastefully decorated. Kitchen and bath well appointed with anything needed while being neat and tidy. Loved the location for QU homecoming. Would love to return. '

'Nice house. Living room furniture is not comfortable if you spend any amount time in there. Definitely can't plan to have someone sleep on sofa - visual appeal only. Location was great/close to Sb fields for week long tournament. Front door lock needs to be fixed as very difficult to lock door, but overall a decent place.'
