« Located in the heart of the old city and in the life of all the food as soon as you walk out of the door. Had an absolute blast being close to the mill and mine, brother wolf, urban cafe, Hanna’s cafe, also big mentions on food for Fin Two, good golly tamale, and so many others! Couldn’t ask for a better accommodation! »

« Perfect location for Old City Knoxville. So many restaurants and bars all in walking distance. The loft bedroom has a huge walk-in closet, washer/dryer and full bath all behind 1 door. Makes it easy to dress. The downstairs also has ample open space. Communication withthe management company was always easy. They want you to enjoy every minute of your stay. »

« I completely enjoyed my stay at this thoughtfully appointed property. Be aware that it is a 3 floor walk up, which was fine with me. The property manager was extremely responsive to questions or requests. The bed was comfortable and there was an impressive array of toiletries available. It was spotless and very cute. « When I booked, I had no clue the history of the building! I loved the decor throughout the halls and the entry way. The loft is decorated so cute. You have everything that you could need there at your fingertips. The property manager was amazing. He even told us a few close places to visit. So much to do downtown and so close to literally EVERTYTHING!When we go back to the Knoxville area, we will definitely be staying here again. »

« We stayed here to go to a Tennessee football game and it was perfect! Clean and cozy and a great location! We didn’t cook but it was well stocked with dishes. The bed was comfortable and the garage parking was great! If we come to another game I would stay here again! »
