'This was the perfect hotel for our Cooperstown All-Star dreams park trip. We were two adults and had a room with a king bed and pull out couch. Our son slept there the first and last night of our trip and said the bed was comfortable. The room is right next to the elevator, but it was very quiet except for the last night. 'Absolutely amazing stay!!! Paul ,the owner , is so attentive and has amazing customer service support. The staff kept our rooms super tidy. It was so helpful to have a toster, fridge and microwave in the room. They have a beautiful field in the back for space for our son to play catch and stretch. Highly recommend to all families to stay here. Only 8 minutes away from dreams field.'

'Room was clean, very basic amenities. Hall carpet in bad repair causing a tripping hazard. No housekeeping offered as only staying 2 nights. Stairways dirty with cobwebs and no recent vacuuming/ cleaning. Broken door on side entrance with poorly posted signage. Poor signage in general, paper signs on side door directing customers to the lobby. Desk clerk brusque and unwelcoming. 'Location is great for Cooperstown Dreams Park. I understood paying a premium to stay close to the action, but wasn't expecting the hotel to be completely outdated. Was surprised to say the least.'

'The Inn provides comfortable rooms and both indoor and outdoor places to relax. Relatively steep stairs are required to access the rooms. Walking distance for numerous Cooperstown attractions, restaurants, and shops.'
