Antica Pietra is a space of total relaxation and elegance, which guarantees peace and serenity thanks to absolute privacy.
We are in the Apulian countryside, in the Itria Valley, and you can walk peacefully in the immense garden. When you leave the villa, just 8 km away you will find the center of Ostuni, full of attractions such as restaurants and shops, and 15 minutes from the beautiful beaches and the sea. You can also admire Polignano a Mare just 40 km away.
Furthermore, a few kilometers from the property is Monopoli, the place of discovery of the FIRST CORAL REEF IN ITALY.

The location, equipped with AIR CONDITIONING, consists of a house of approximately 150 square meters; 2 bedrooms with double beds with en-suite bathroom (addition of 1/2 bed for a small supplement), 1 bathroom, laundry for the living area with washing machine, 1 dining room with sofa and TV, 1 kitchen with hob, oven and fridge.

• The villa has two wonderful PRIVATE POOLS: a larger one (12x6 metres) equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and a Hi-Fi audio system to enjoy yourself in total freedom; a outdoor hot tub (2x2 metres), perfect for enjoying moments of relaxation.

• We also accept DOGS (with house rules and supplement) who can play in the large garden together with your CHILDREN.

AIR CONDITIONING in every room, 2 private swimming pools (2x2m and 12x6 metres) equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and Hi-Fi audio system, hydromassage tub, underfloor heating, working fireplace, equipped panoramic terrace, outdoor kitchen with barbecue and sink, patio with dining and lounge area, Wi-Fi, TV (living area only), complete linen for beds, bathroom and kitchen, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, equipped kitchen, parking, facility alarm, first aid kit.
Any lack of objects can only be due to breakage of the same. We will take care of replacing them as quickly as possible.

• At our facility you will have an ASSISTANT available who, in your language, will take care of the welcome, the presentation of the facility and services and your assistance throughout your stay. In particular, you can contact him for information on beaches, itineraries, things to see, restaurants and any problems in general.

• Possibility to hire a paid chef and take advantage of daily cleaning (with a small extra charge).

• Reserved for those who book a minimum of 14 nights, a welcome relaxation massage for one person as a gift.

• Thorough cleaning of the entire property after each check-out

• For stays longer than 7 nights, linen will be changed every week (excluding cleaning of the structure)
