A charming apartment perfect for two people and strategically located outside the restricted traffic zone (ZTL) to ensure easy access and peace and quiet. In just a 10-minute walk, you can reach the historic center to immerse yourself in the beauty of the “White City,” with its quaint narrow streets and vibrant atmosphere. For those who wish to explore the surrounding area, the entrances to the SS16 and SP21 are just a 5-minute drive away, allowing you to easily reach other towns in the region and the coast.



The 45-square-meter apartment is located on the first floor (please note there is one step at the entrance) and features a private entrance from the street.



The interior layout is as follows:

- Kitchenette equipped with an induction cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, electric moka pot, kettle, microwave, and conventional oven

- Living area with dining table, open wardrobe, sofa, smart TV, and split A/C

- Bedroom with a double bed

- Bathroom accessible from the bedroom, equipped with a toilet, bidet, and shower stall.



Additional amenities available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, split-system heating, electric space heater, clothes drying rack, iron, and ironing board.

Towels and bed linens included (with optional changes available for a fee).



Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal. This procedure allows us to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.

. Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

ESummer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Keys must be picked up between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM at our office located at Corso Mazzini 201 in Ostuni, about a 20-minute walk from the apartment.



After 9:00 PM, check-in directly at the apartment is available with the following surcharges:

- 21.00 - 23.00: €25.00;

- 23.00 - 24.00: €30.00;

- 24:00 - 01.30: €40.00.



The tourist tax of 1.00 euro per night per person will be collected in cash for the first 5 nights, as required by the municipality of Ostuni.

Ostuni, the White City of Salento, is located in the province of Brindisi at an elevation of more than 200 meters above sea level, in the Murgia region, and is one of the most renowned destinations in Salento.

Ostuni owes its nickname, the “White City,” to the color of most of the city’s buildings, especially in the historic center. In the past, due to the plague, the walls of the houses were covered with lime to make them sterile. This is the origin of the characteristic white color that makes Ostuni unique and unmistakable.



The historic center of Ostuni, known to its residents as “La Terra,” is characterized by a labyrinth of winding streets, small squares, alleys, little gardens, and glimpses of the Adriatic Sea. The lower part of the town is surrounded by ancient city walls, within which lie the only two city gates that remain intact: Porta Nova and Porta San Demetrio. At the top of the hill stand the Ostuni Cathedral with its large 24-ray rose window, the Bishop’s Palace, and the old Seminary.



Another place of interest is the Museum of Preclassical Civilizations of Southern Murgia, which houses the cast of Delia, the “Woman of Ostuni”—a pregnant woman who lived 25,000 years ago and was discovered in a cave near the city in 1991. Among the most interesting artifacts are ceramics and decorative objects, flint, and stone tools, dating from the Paleolithic era through the Metal Ages.



One of Puglia’s major tourist attractions is undoubtedly the Ostuni coastline, home to the beach resorts of Rosa Marina, Monticelli, and Costa Merlata.
