It`s embellished by the green and vermilion of the pomegranate trees, in the countryside of Ostuni, Le Site is a beautiful property with trulli and refurbished lamie, equipped with accessories such as the swimming pool, internet wifi, 
stereo system. It is possible to rent part of the property, for up to
12 guests, with exclusive use of the pool: the two independent villas,
for a total of 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The trulli are excluded. Upon
request, pets are allowed.

Beauty and comfort for a vacation in the heart of the Itria Valley
The rural complex Le Site is a beautiful villa for rent for vacations in the Itria Valley,
in a property framed by fruit trees, such as the pomegranate trees (in
dialect called "site") the luxuriant olive trees. The big swimming pool
is by the trulli, with a comfortable furnished solarium.

Le Site consists of 4 units, trulli and lamie, connected to the swimming pool by paths that cross the big garden. It is possible to rent part of the property, for up to 12 guests (nobody else will be in the property and the two trulli will be locked): the 2 independent small villas.
The two small villas
are almost identical and they consist of a living room with
kitchenette, 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom and 2 bathroom with
shower (one is ensuite). The trulli are not included and they will be locked, guaranteed the exclusive use of the property.

This
solution offers 6 bedrooms, for a total of 12 bed accommodations. The
rooms are refined and comfortable, ideal for a relaxing vacation. The
villa is equipped with accessories such as washing machine, barbecue, internet wifi, dishwashes, stereo system.

Site is a beautiful property with pool in Ostuni, a short drive away
from the White City and other famous towns in Itria Valley. Ostuni is 7 kilometers away, while the closest beach, Torre Santa Sabina, is 15 kilometers away.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 25 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from May to October, off-season pool's opening has an extra of euro 100 per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 100 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The structure consists of two independent villas and two outbuildings (trulli excluded).
