'Beautiful location and good property for YOUNG, ATHLETIC folks able to navigate the hills and distances between venues. Not so good for those with disabilities or just tired old knees, hips and hearts! Doors very heavy and w/o automated openers, shower floors very slippery, only two USB outlets in room, and NONE in bathroom. 'The staff were very helpful. It was a hot summer day and we wanted to shift from our top floor room to 1st floor room. The staff overextended themselves to accommodate our request. The breakfast was very good.'

'Convenient location, but very outdated and rundown. Our A/C unit could not be adjusted and the paper thin blanket that we had was insufficient to keep us warm. The power button on the remote control did not work, but TV could be turned on manually. There were several stains on the chair and debris in all of the drawers. Grab and go breakfast though was sufficient for our needs. Housekeeping and front desk person were nice.'

'The rooms are somewhat dated. Thankfully, I was moved from my original room and placed in a room with a functioning air conditioner. The best part of my stay was the breakfast buffet and coffee. It was phenomenal! The hotel is close to shopping villages, mansion tours and the Hudson River. You must dine at Bistro 12 and order the seafood pasta dish!'

The only bad thing was the AC not being cold enough, we reported twice and the explanation they give me didn’t make sense at all. I requested a new room and the hotel was sold out. The first night was on ground floor, not pretty. there are zero in room amenities. no coffee barely any towels no washcloths no phone no ice bin ( except for last room #274) the hallway is dingy as is the lobby. the desk attendant is pleasant . i had to change rooms because of running toilet - they did attempt to repair right away but were not able. It was 100 degrees and they didn't tell us that the pool was under construction not even on the website. I advise people not to even bother with this place.. TOTALLY REVOLTING!!. UGH!!!'
