When booking I shared we were in town for a large volleyball tournament happening in Oshkosh, and when we arrived there was a basket with volleyball socks, lollipops and straw covers! 'This unit is a good option over hotels, especially when the EAA event is running down in Oshkosh. The bedding was very comfortable. The unit was decently furnished. 'We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment in Appleton. The space was perfect for a couple. It had everything we needed and was nicely set up and decorated. We especially appreciated the fans and all the hooks! Small things that make a big difference. Location is great, College Ave was interesting and fun to walk up and down. 'Very responsive owners, helpful when I had a couple of questions, clean apartment with everything you need. Nice downtown Appleton area with plenty of places to eat good food, explore some breweries if that’s your thing, and get some great desserts! Some noise at night from cars driving downtown, but nothing too crazy! Would definitely stay again if I was in the area! '

'The property looks brand new and in pristine condition. The central air conditioning was welcome during the hot days. It's also quiet. We plan to stay many more times since we visit the area often to visit family.'
