« The room was clean. I need a accessible room and it was very safe to use. Grab bars and a walk-in shower. My only complaint was the staff were not hospitable. There was no interaction with the guests. I was very surprised at that. »

« This was a very nice facility with an extra special staff. Julie went out of her way to accommodate and with a very friendly demeanor. And The bed was very comfortable. »

« Host always responded to messages although we couldn't always fix the issue. Interior was clean but could use some maintenance, wobbly furniture, chipping paint, loose trim. Would have been nice to have some basic cleaning rags and spray. Plenty of outdoor seating and beach toys, but also cans and spent firework trash was on the property. »

« Unfortunately we would not return to this house. We loved the proximity to beach and the lake view from the upstairs bedroom, and appreciated the upstairs AC unit. That was about all we were able to enjoy… the place was very dirty, dishes weren’t clean, throw blankets were not washed and had awful smells. Shower was small with no soap, shampoo, etc. There were SO many bugs both outside and inside, which I’m sure is just a seasonal May thing and not the property owner’s fault. However, there were...

« I loved this place with one important caveat. The bathroom floor is extremely slippery. Socks and dry floor? Bare feet and wet floor? You need to be careful, especially if you're older. I almost did the splits going to use the restroom. The shower is small and you can't keep the curtain in, so the floor will get a bit wet. For most floors this really isn't a big deal, but it's basically like ice. I only point this out because I do not want someone to actually get hurt without at least a bit of a...
