« We didn’t know the hotel was doing renovations so our hallway was very noisy with fans. The rugs were being shampooed and cleaned in any empty rooms and hallway. But it could have been worse. We did have breakfast one morning in their dining room which was very good. The hotel was within walking distance to the Gaffer District and other sites in the area, very accessible. »

« Room and bath were very large and clean. Bed was comfortable ; pillows were not. Breakfast buffet was average. Location was excellent. Close to all yet quiet. »

« Room was not clean. Stains on sheets and comforters. Floor dirty as well as tub. I complained but nothing was done. On the second night we were there I asked for my room to be cleaned during the day and it was not done. I asked for towels and washcloths 3 times before I got them. AC was turned off in the room when we arrived, and it took about 4 hours for our room to get cool. I will never stay at this hotel again. »

« This was our second time there, such a wonderful out of the way motel. It’s going to be our go to place to stay when in the area. Nice little pond, and a grill area. It’s very quiet and relaxing, and the very inexpensive breakfast was delicious! My only complaint is I hope they clean up the paddle boats, so we can enjoy them. Other than that, we love this place! Highly recommended!! »
